The patch titled
     pata_hpt366: Enable bits are unreliable so don't use them
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pata_hpt366-enable-bits-are-unreliable-so-dont-use-them.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Various people had problems with both old and new IDE when hpt366 enable bits
started getting honoured.  It turns out they are not reliable so don't rely on
them
