The patch titled
     knfsd: change mailing list for nfsd in MAINTAINERS
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     knfsd-change-mailing-list-for-nfsd-in-maintainers.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
