The patch titled
     serial: add ADDI-DATA GmbH Communication cardsin8250_pci.c and pci_ids.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     serial-add-addi-data-gmbh-communication-cardsin8250_pcic-and-pci_idsh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
