Marcelino Pandin
Marcelino Pandin is a graduate member of Australian
Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and the Institute
of Directors UK. He is serving as an independent
director of a listed Anglo-Australian company in Brisbane
Australia. He was an adviser to the World Bank on
corporate governance and directorship. Previously, Marcel
worked as a strategic consultant Andersen Consulting in
London and Fraunhofer Institute in Berlin. He is also a
visiting lecturer at Technical University Berlin, Germany
since 2000.He graduated from ITB in architecture and
University of Cambridge, UK in philosophy of corporate
governance.

Anugerah Pekerti, Ph.D; member of International Board,
World Vision since 1995; independent commissioner of PT
Samudera Indonesia Tbk since 2000; independent
commissioner PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, since 2001;
independent director Samudera Shipping Line Ltd,
Singapore, since 2002: advisor to Indonesian Physics
Olympics Team since 1994. He led, taught and did
consultancy in management for 32 years at the Lembaga
Manajemen PPM (1968-2000); was the Institutes CEO in
1988-1998.
