mungkin sih mungkin, tp saya rasa itu agak mustahil di Indonesia. mengingat kulture kita msh parternalistik, senioritas,. belum lg yg senior, yg akan byk iri, tentu mereka akan berkata, "enak aja sy sdh bertahun2 menanti jabatan itu, tiba-tiba ada ada anak kemarin sore blm byk pengalaman nyelonng aja."
