Kalau saya sih, masalah mungkin sih mungkin saja, asal dicalonkan oleh parpol tentunya dan kalau di kita kayaknya masalah biaya; kuat gak nanggung biayanya . . Saya dengar utk jadi Bupati biaya lk. 6 milyar (entah benar entah enggak loh, dan entah untuk apa saja).
Seorang yang masih muda, punya kompetensi dan kepedulian janganlah dihalangi untuk loncat bahkan mendahului seniornya. Tentu ada caranya, misalnya diberi suatu kasus ditawarkan, menurut A bagaimana manurut B bagaimana . . . kalau memang yang diajukan yang lebih muda, lebih baik; kenapa bukan dia diberi kesempatan ???
Ini bisa terjadi jika pimpinan organisasi/perusahaan punya visi jauh ke depan, dan obyektif menilai anak buahnya. Dan menurut cerita BRI pernah melakukan, memberi kesempatan maju anak buah yang kompeten, sekalipun lebih yunior . . .
Janganlah pesimis, atau under estimate lebih dahulu, kalau memang punya kemampuan menonjol kenapa tidak jadi walikota dalam
usia muda . . . .
