Another thing you might want to check is if your media player lives in C:
\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe, as it does on my system, and 
as I've assumed when I edited the file for you.

If not, you need to open the custom_tags.py file in an editor like WordPad, and 
make the necessary corrections.

If you want a little bit more debug info about what files it is trying to open, 
remove the # from the beginning of the line with QMessageBox.information...
