Why do you use Mnemosyne? I use it to learn and retain the greatest amount of information in the least amount of time. If that's your goal too, you should only review cards when Mnemosyne shows them to you. The hardest part of memorization is acquiring the initial memory. Instead of reviewing cards ahead of schedule, I suggest you try learning more new cards. Even if you forget them tomorrow, you'll find re-learning them is easier than learning a new card.
