BTW, I want to mention again that creating a web based version of Mnemosyne 
based on libmnemosyne 2.0 should not be such a daunting task, as most of the 
heavy lifting is done by libmnemosyne, even to the point where it can handle 
multiple users in the same process.

To give you an idea, I created a working version of the Windows Mobile client 
in less than a weekend, and most of that time was spent wrestling with some 
peculiar issues in the WM gui toolkit.

I believe it would take a similar amount of work for a web version, especially 
if you are familiar with web development. Moreover, there is an old 1.x based 
web based prototype by Konrad Wojas you can look at.

I have my plate full with the desktop version at the moment, so I'll be happy 
if someone steps in to help with this :-)
