Hi, I am new to this group and also I am new user of mnemosyne program v. 1.2.1.
I like it very much, but I suggest these 2 ideas: 1) Add possibility of some filtering during editing of all records (question+answer) in database, because using only sorting is not comfort and if I want to edit some sort of record I would like to work with only one subset. For example it will be possible work with category like filters (or with "wild characters" (* or ?) known from database searching etc. 2) The idea of categories is nice. It helps organize content of one database into more subsets. But categories in actual form forces us to organize vocabulares (if I use mnemosyne for learning of foreign lanuage) ONLY in hierarchical manner. Because we have to work with only ONE category for every record (question + answer). But I think that it will be nice if user could add to every record (Question+Answer) not only ONE category, but MORE categories. Or introduce some other terminology (FACES etc), because we can use the same set of records from MULTIPLE views. Thanks.
