I have done that importer, however what you describe seems to be already
a behaviour of mnemosyne. How large is your database? I have experienced
that showing large decks might take quite a long time. Have you tried
waiting an extended period of time?
Also if you are willing to send me the file, I can take a look at it.

I have to admit I do not remember exactly how I handled those cases.
They are either ignored or concatenated into the second field of the
menmosyne card. I will check, if you are still interested.
