One way might be to use categories.
Eg. put your unreviewed cards into a separate category (let's say "New
cards").  The turn the "New cards" category on, and turn the other
categories off (press [CTRL] + G to get the relevant menu).  Now
mnemosyne will only show you cards in the "New cards" category

Once you've gone through them once, you can put the categories back
the way they were.
