If you're using the Mnemododo client, then you might install this Mnemosyne plugin: http://www.mnemosyne-proj.org/content/gogostyle
And then manually create a text file called STYLE.CSS in your export
directory with the contents:
span.cjk { font-size: 300%; }
That should increase the size of all Chinese characters by 3. (You
could also make them bold and change the colour if necessary.)
Note that the changes will only take effect after the next export.
