That's indeed not practical. It's because now the sound handling is taken care of by html5 and webkit, and I have less direct control over it. As a temporary workaround, in the settings screen, disable 'start automatically' and enable 'show controls'. This way can start each file manually. I'll see what the best way is to fix this for 2.0.
