I've just installed beta-11 on debian.
I think a brief check-list on the website might be handy. Just a few
bullet points perhaps on what the install sequence might be, I have
little idea how bzr works and each time I use it followed by the make
sequence I usually hit problems. I usually end up having to delete
everything from the previous installation and starting again. This time
I found I had to use 'bzr pull' instead of 'bzr branch' as I was getting
error messages about branch existing or destination directory existing.
Anyway, not to worry, I got there in the end.
It seems that if the ~/mnemosyne directory exists, mnemosyne expects the
database to be in there, rather than in ~/.local/share/mnemosyne.
~/mnemosyne was created when I got the sources using bzr. If I move
~/mnemosyne out the way after doing the make install-system everything's ok.
Am I right in thinking that python-sphinx is a new dependency required
in beta-11?
The main point I started out meaning to mention is the displaying of
images. Now when the space bar is pressed to display the answer the
answer space suddenly enlarges to take up half the window, even though
it only contains two lines of text. I think this might have been the
original behaviour a few releases back.
