I've added the ability to "long press" on categories to select or
unselect them all. It will be available in the next release (in a few
days after I have been able to fix one or two pressing bugs).

I have just uploaded a new version (2.0.4) of Mnemogogo where this
problem is fixed: the categories are now sorted alphabetically on
export.

The updated version of Mnemogogo tries to better shuffle the unseen
cards before exporting some of them. Could you please let me know
whether this gives improved results?
