The new version of the plugin (Mnemogogo) fixes the mix of new cards
exported and sorts the categories. It can be downloaded from:

A new version of the client (Mnemododo) provides long press support
for activating/deactivating all categories at once. It will be updated
in the Market in a few days (when some other problems are resolved).
