Suggestions for how to convert to UTF-8 please? I tried going to http://www.fileformat.info/convert/text/utf2utf.htm and upload the file. I told it the input was UTF-16 and my desired output was UTF-8. It gave me a file of zero bytes back. That doesn't look promising....
