Mnemosyne allows you to set different fonts for different fields in your cards, so you must have accidentally changed that.
Go to settings - configure Mnemosyne - card appearance, then pick the card type that is affected and change the fonts of each of your fields to your heart's delight. You can also click 'default' to revert back to the default.
