I use dropbox to sync mnemosyne between two windows machines. I found that dropbox does not seem to sync the active db until you make a restart, so conflicting copies may be a problem. Also there is no (at least as I have found) way to select just certain files for syncing in dropbox, so you'll need to sync the entire mnemosyne directory. From what I've heard this may not be the best solution because of the config files.
