Hi, By forgetting you mean not prefilling the fields in the dialog when you do a second export, right?
Mnemosyne only prefills your name and email, as these are the only fields that can reasonably be expected to stay the same. You are probably exporting the same cards over and over again, but I suspect it's more common people export different cards each time.
