I got the problem: is that when in the latex tag [ ] just cut that text and 
put in another more little like <latex> \frac{1}{h} </latex>, but obviosly 
while I am in the math environment is a problem.

I way around is to use instead of just the brackets this: $[$ \frac{1}{h} 
$]$
