Hi,

The easiest way is to copy the entire Mnemosyne data directory from one machine 
to next.

You can find the locations of this directory on the different systems here:

http://mnemosyne-proj.org/help/backups.php

If you want to keep on using both machines, syncing is more appropriate:

http://mnemosyne-proj.org/help/syncing
