Hi,

I think the most important thing is 'be consistent'. You only reap the full 
benefits of a spaced repetition system if you do your reps every day, which is 
something I can imagine a lot a people find hard, as they are more in the mind 
set of 'cramming for an exam' as opposed 'learning for life'.

Any psychological trick to build habits is worth checking out to see if it 
works for you, see e.g.
