Thanks for the detailed logs! However, judging from the errors, I'd still say something is unstable in the connection. Errors in the sync protocol would give different errors on either phone or pc, with a Python stack trace.
Make sure Mnemosyne, your OS, drivers and wifi routers are all up to date. Perhaps you have the option to borrow a different router for a while?
