Hi, The version you find at PortableApps is not sanctioned/supported by us, I'm afraid.
Mnemosyne has its own scheme to run from an USB drive: https://mnemosyne-proj.org/help/running-usb-drive In your case, you're probably better off copying the data directory, as opposed to importing.
