Hi,

I didn't realise they were different databases you wanted to merge. In that
case, you do need to use the import functionality.

If you want to keep two USBs in sync, move the big database to a separate
install on your desktop and run a sync server there. Then on the two USB
keys, start from scratch according to the webpage I linked, and sync with
the server.

Don't use Portable Apps, I cannot give support for third party products...
