The JAIN SLEE services that use the Http Servlet RA may not desire to work
with HttpSessions, which introduce a performance overhead.
This enhancement in the RA introduces an activity model similar to JAIN SIP
RA, where the first event is always in a HttpServletRequestActivity, which
dies right after the request event is fired, then the SBBs have the option
to create the HttpSession and get an activity for it. Once this activity
exists events are fired in the HttpSessionActivity, like it happens for
dialogs in JAIN SIP.
