Issue 361: State lock for other component that connections/endpoints

Currently only connections have state lock to ensure that operations
performed on them are valid in context of their state. However other
elements need this also, simple check for !=null is not sufficient as it
sometimes make operation fail with NPE.
This includes every element which is Sink/Source, has connect/disconnect,
"deliver"/"receive" method
