**Issue**
Attaching a patch for the SIP Presence User Guide, integrating the changes
made in the JBCP repository back into the community.
**Affected Sections**
Most of the chapters/sections that were in the previous version of the SIP
Presence User Guide have been affected, with spelling/grammar edits
included.
Some of the new sections were edited as well.
**Other Information**
Apologies for any extra noise.
