Docs Patch for JBCP 5.0

Here is the patch after review. Change log:
- removed the changes on figures, I don't like the caption becoming big
text and not centered below the picture
- did not promote the removal of &PLATFORM.NAME; everywhere, it's part of
the servers/components titles
- misc typo fixes and one or two closing elements were missing
