3GPP TS24.229 V10.2.0 Section 5.2.8.1.2

requires that a P-CSCF (which is a proxy) can terminate an established SIP
session by sending BYE requests to each party. There are probably other IMS
use cases that require this functionality.
Therefore, we are going to add an extension to the ProxyExt interface to
support this, and implement it in ProxyImpl.
Only termination of a session by sending BYEs in both directions will be
supported, as no use-case for any other non-RFC3261 behaviour has been
identified.
