The REQUEST_TABLE_SIZE and REQUEST_TABLE_CLEAR_SIZE should be configurable,
created Issue 2603 for that.
With regards to this particular exception, I haven't faced it yet, even
when under load. If you can try with latest trunk code and see if it still
happens, that would help.
