Currently the deployment logic is split into many classes, it should be
reworked to have only:
DeploymentManagement: includes all the internal deployment related logic
DeploymentMBeanImpl: impl of the standard DeploymentMBean, should just
delegate operations to DeploymentManagement and wrap exceptions in standard
JMX exceptions
