Hello mobile-firefox-dev,
I just landed Bug 863445 [1], which changes how you should invoke the
Robocop test suite. TL;DR:
make -C $OBJDIR mochitest-robocop
The ticket makes |mach build build/mobile/robocop| build a debug signed
APK, and instructs |make mochitest-robocop| to use it. That means if
you only modify mobile/android/base/tests/*.java, you do not need to
|mach package|. Brief notes on the expected development cycle are in
mobile/android/base/tests/README.rst [2].
