The issue lies in the markup (specifically, custom-made templates and tables that don't play well with MFE) being used to generate content on those pages. I know that folks in Communications and Legal were interested in hiring a developer/designer to make this and other important WMF content (really crucial stuff like Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, basically all the chapters stuff, fundraising, etc.) mobile-friendly, but I don't know what the status of that hiring process is.
