further some of those who have received the mobile are not satisfied they

This is a part of the mail which you are understanding.
The heading was having your name too along with two other names. look at
the lines where it was written both of them are reading this mail which
means it was refering to merely two people. You were the third person,
after I finished the line with a period i said jayprajash was right,
which means you were right in sending the earlier mail.

clearly wrote an email that day, where he mentioned about my meeting
with some customers who had placed orders with us. and how will
mentioning of my meeting with you will help me in impressing anyone?

Everyone is free and
have right to cancel their orders with the company, all cancellations
will be accepted by 19th April, request to send one more mail to which
all had placed orders with subject cancellation- nxg-persion. And all
cancellations received by 19th will be processed on 21st with a Dropbox
link of their refund acknowledgement.
I am merely doing my part,
every coin has two sides, all are writing their own versions,I am not
going to write anything until 21st April 2013. I will write my versions
at the last, there are many learned people on list. All facts can be
seen only when we have both versions out. People are individuals here, I
represent a company and am bound by a few legal things, but on 21st I
wont have that legal bounding and then I will write about every single
mail, and dear sir each and every single mail will be replied, all may
continue writing about me the more you write the better for me.
Dear moderator sir, i have also advertised NXG on this list, people are
using this medium to seek answers, hence I hereby write, irrespective of
any earlier communication on persion id s I am requesting all those
