hi, you almost have your answer in your mail it self. in general, moto and samsung phones are accessible out of the box. moto g4play is upgradeable to andoid 7 and is one of the cheafest phone available with android 7 (keeping the accessibility in mind). samsung phones say for example, galaxy j2pro, j5, on pro 5 and 7 are also a good choice but dont expect latest os update for those phones. xyomi and lenovo phones i wont suggest as they are manageable but with a little headache. your latest bet could be waiting for some new comers by google and RJIO. as these phones will sure to have latest operating system;good freebees;and accessibility top of all.
