I am attempting to use mod_fcgid on an FC4 system administered by
Plesk 8.1 control panel.

When I attempt to run a script using this module, I get the following
in my Apache error log:

[Wed Mar 28 08:55:52 2007] [debug] fcgid_proc_unix.c(491):
(111)Connection refused: mod_fcgid: can't connect unix domain socket:
/var/lib/httpd/fcgid/sock/28390.0
[Wed Mar 28 08:55:53 2007] [info] (104)Connection reset by peer:
mod_fcgid: read data from fastcgi server error.
[Wed Mar 28 08:55:53 2007] [error] [client 12.99.152.3] Premature end
of script headers: dispatch.fcgi

I also cannot use regular mod_cgi, it just gives the premature end of
script headers message with no further data.

SElinux is disabled, and as far as I am aware, there is no other ACL
type of system restricting access. Apache has read/write/execute
access to the socket directory.

I am convinced that solving the socket error will fix this issue but
I am at a loss as to what else to look at.

Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?
