You were right, my first proposal (I added an alias /fcgi-bin/ to /usr/bin/) 
was probably bad. I have solved this now by creating a new directory which 
contains only the parser which is called. This is still more difficult than 
using FCGIWrapper, but it's also more flexible, and I have the documentation 
for all included switches available...
