Major changes:
I switched most of the code over to libapreq today, which is
advantageous in that it gets us a standard set of functions that are
used by other projects as well.
I will commit to CVS tommorow.
It means changing the headers setcookie command, and the file upload
semantics.
I also started splitting up the C files, as I had to bring in the
libapreq files anyway.
The good news is it looks like everything works. And I won't have the
nightmare of maintaining that file upload code by myself;-)
