Hi,

I think you have to install Tcl 8.4, make sure that PATH variable is
pointing to the right directories do load the Tcl .DLLs. Then it worked for
me.

correct is "LoadModule dtcl_module modules/mod_dtcl.so"

I also got problems having a typo in that configuration line...
