A short query in Google and I found a (on the first look) good introductio
into HTML FORMs:

It however does not include how this is used in conjunction with mod_dtcl.
But after understanding FORMs, perhaps it's more clear how these FORMs can
dynamically created using mod_dtcl including variables.
