I'm not sure exactly what I did... however it seems to be working now.

I did run into an interesting problem in that some of my files were
duplicated in the CF8/wwwroot folder. I deleted those out and it
seemed to start working. I definitely did not put the file in there as
I'm using IIS and not the stand alone.

Thank you however for trying it out and confirming that it should
work.
