I just ran the ant script to create a new project and noted it had changed.
I had this feedback on it, in case anyone cares:

1) The instructions are confusing. I had to actually read the script to
figure out what was going on. This could be clarified.

2) Rather than using properties, it might be nice to be able to simply set
two more input properties: where the template is, and where to copy it.
These could, of course, have defaults set from the properties, but I can
override them when I run the script if I so choose.

3) It would probably make sense to assume the user is running the ant script
from the template directory. Right now, it assumes you're running it from
the directory above. (IE, the properties file sets the templateDirectory to
./modelglueapplicationtemplate, which fails to work when I run it from the
template directory.

4) It doesn't filter out the properties or readme.txt file

5) There's no way to create an app that runs in a webroot. It'd be nice to
say the app is a "root" app (or whatever term you like) and doesn't need a
name.

Thanks for listening. :) I can take care of this stuff, but I wasn't sure
who initially created this.
