Yup - it's moved. The <scaffold> tag was always inside the <event-handlers> tags in MG2. Changing the xpath to //scaffold should catch it wherever someone puts it.
I'd be interested in testing your new scaffolding features. I did a lot of work on custom xsl in MG2, and it's saved me a huge amount of time on recent projects. You can send me stuff on this email address if you want me to test it. If so, this should be fixed to preserve backwards compatibility. I plan on doing some feature reveal on scaffolding and have been looking for another private tester before certifying the feature. Maybe you'd be a good candidate for this. Interested? DW On Wed, Jul 22, 2009 at 1:36 PM, Gareth Cole <[email protected]> wrote: You bet me to it! I'd just figured out that function gets called several times with different modelglue xml files. The xpath was indeed looking in the wrong place. All seems to be working now anyway. How about changing the xpath from /modelglue/scaffold to just //scaffold? That would keep it backwards compatible, as it works wherever you put your <scaffold> tags. Dan: You mentioned new scaffolding features earlier. I'd appreciate it if you could give more details on these when you have the chance. The xpath was something like /modelglue/scaffolds, not /modelglue/event-handlers/scaffolds/ I'm guessing that's what's going on, but I just read this thread real fast. -- The three great elements of modern civilization, Gun powder, Printing, and the Protestant religion.
