Thanks for the links. I don't have debugging turned on, don't have profiling enabled, and my JVM has been updated (1.6.0_17). Keep in mind I'm not simply asking about why my MG app is slow, I'm trying to find out why its so much slower on the current version. Is this just how it is? Or are my results atypical?
Here are some more details about my environment: Adobe ColdFusion 9.0.1 on Windows. JVM 1.6.0_17. Running Apache. MG version is 3.1.299. The "old" version is 2.0 Public Beta 1.
