Goddamn, someone said Yuengling. *sigh* I don't get off of work for another 7 hours... But as long as we're mentioning black & tan, you haven't had a REAL black & tan until you've mixed the Harp Lager with the Guinness Stout. Obtain a pilsner glass, and slowly pour the Harp in first until the glass is about half-full. Then grab a spoon. Turn the spoon upside down and place it against the side of the glass near the top of the Harp. Pour the Guinness over the spoon so that it runs down the length of the spoon and down the side of the glass. This allows the mixture to properly separate in yr glass. All of the oxygen that would create head on the drink is dissipated as it runs down the spoon. Then pop in a tape of hockey highlights and some Dolphy on the hi-fi, and you are ready for a swinging evening with the one you love.
