I saw this show in Austin, and it did indeed rawk. I took a bunch of
pictures, but haven't gotten them developed yet. Hopefully, they came out.
I was right up front. I had confetti in everything (including my stash) for
a week. I talked to one of the guys in Looper for a while. He was really
cool and nice.
I just got my ticket for the Dub Narcotic/Make-up show tomorrow night at the
Union Ballroom. I've never before had to pay for a Dub Narcotic show, and
I've seen them three times, so it sucked to have to shell out almost $10.
Why, oh why? Oh yeah, they need to make money. I guess the Univ. of MO
paid them before, so they didn't have to charge us. Why the hell isn't UT
doing that? MU was always cool like that. Free Olivia Tremor Control,
Apples in Stereo, and lots of others. Ok. enough rambling. Hope to see
lots of people at the show tomorrow.
