Do you ever grow tired? Do you ever pause, take a breath, and reflect
upon the constant Blah-blah-blah you toss about? Like: Hell, maybe
@ age 12 I don't know every fucking thing under the sun?

With the huge mistake of labeling Led Zeppelin as 'cockrock,' you
completely disregard their respect for the blues genre. (Which, in
my opinion, is the antithesis of whatever the hell 'cockrock' is.)
W/out such bands as Led Zeppelin & the Rolling Stones covering
(albeit not as well as the originals) blues standards & bringing such
songs to the consciousness of dumb-founded Americans, we may have
let some great magic slip past. (I mean, when the Stones came across
the Atlantic & requested to see Muddy Waters, the g'd reporters
wondered: Muddy what? Muddy who?)

Led Zeppelin always paid tribute to the blues musicians they covered--
unlike some fried-banana & peanut-butter yahoos--& they covered them w/
style. I admit I could go a year (++++++) w/out hearing a Led Zeppelin
song, but yr treating them to something less than they deserve. But,
maybe, if yr mom hates them, that's all the justification you need?

Sorry, I couldn't keep my mouth shut for another post.
